On July 7th 2011, James Yearling granted permission on behalf of Better Than Bacon to host recordings on the Live Music Archive:
My name is James Yearling.
I play guitar in and manage the band, Better Than Bacon.
I'm sending this email to give permission for file sharing of Better Than
Bacon live recordings.
Here is the current Better Than Bacon policy on "taping" live shows.
"Better Than Bacon allows recording, trading, and file sharing of live
performances for non-commercial purposes."
